Web Design Tutorial (6): Keep your passion for design

The passion here includes that kind of indescribable impulse or idea. It also includes passion for the industry. There is nothing shameful in making a website, and it is not low-end! There are 360 professions in the world, and every profession needs “people” to do it! 2: Keep learning. In our line of work, ability and academic qualifications are basically not linked. I don’t even have a college diploma. Poor computer guy didn’t even pass the first level. Learning in school cannot be compared with practical learning on your own. Just like hiheng said, which university can teach CSS systematically? Although training schools and the like are a little ahead, the old saying "A teacher can only lead you to the door, but the practice is up to you" is truly a truth that has remained unchanged for thousands of years. Learning must be uninterrupted and persistent. Study for a long time to develop good habits. No matter how hard the steamed bread is to chew, there will always be a day when it is finished. It is definitely not a superficial taste, but an in-depth study. I believe that no matter you reach a certain level in js, css, ui or any other field, your income will not be low. 3: Work/study/life, order, clues, sort them out! When I open my eyes in the morning, I have a clear idea of what I need to do at work the next day. You will know when you can get off work and whether you need to work overtime. If you have personal matters, you will know whether you should ask for leave and how long you should ask for! How to cooperate between jobs and between colleagues, and how to make them more compatible. It’s not just about time that improves! 4: Keep a normal mind <br />Designers are human beings, not gods. Everyone needs to live and eat. Keep some tolerance in everything and keep a normal mind. Handle relationships with colleagues/friends/clients/family well. You will go further in the industry. The support of your family will be your driving force to move forward! 5: I know what I want, I know what I can have, I know what I can get in a year/half year, I know what my goal is. <br />What I am afraid of are those colleagues who have high aspirations but weak fate, and who lack understanding about everything. But they all think of themselves as Jack Ma! There are also those colleagues who obviously have strong abilities but have lost their fighting spirit due to the dull life. Being unknown is not the original intention of those guys working in the design industry. Maintaining passion is different from maintaining a normal mind. Maintaining passion does not mean that you will be a flash in the pan or that you will start well but end badly. Keeping a normal mind does not mean that you should be content with mediocrity or do nothing. Correct your attitude, your attitude towards yourself and others! 6: Your exploration of the industry, like your exploration of the code, requires in-depth study .<br />Don't let the style appear in the body. Similarly, handwritten code can be of great help to you. I want to know the different effects of maring in four directions, so please test them in different browsers. I want to know my position and development prospects in this field, so please learn more about this industry! 7: Isn’t it profitable to make a website? Is there no future in making websites? Then you have to first ask those people who keep saying that building websites is not profitable how they make their money. And look at where these people are! 8: Boring topics about bosses and employees! If you firmly believe that your boss is a very harsh and shameless person. And yet you were able to work for such a harsh and shameless person for so long, I mean, are you great? Or are you more shameless? I worked so hard for a company for so long, but when I quit, my salary was so much less. First ask if you have signed a contract. Employees and companies are of equal status. The company requires your work ability and working hours. And you have the right to demand basic protection and related insurance as well as the necessary procedures! Don’t ask others how much you can earn per month based on your level. If you really want to know, just pack up and go there yourself! I support you. . . The reason why I don't support you to ask is that China is so big, it is possible that the wages and benefits in two cities 20 kilometers away are different. If you ask a lower number, you will feel at ease. If you ask a higher number, you may become a cynical immortal and start to go through the nine nine tribulations! To my colleagues who are about to leave the company and have a very bad relationship with the boss : You are leaving, congratulations, you are leaving this land of tigers and wolves and heading towards a better tomorrow! Suggestions for you two: 1: If you are ruthless enough and are not afraid of taking responsibility. Then you can burn a disk with your stuff and take it away, and format the hard drive. Or delete it and then create a folder with the same name. 2: If you want to leave peacefully, then settle your salary, hand over your work, and say hello to your colleagues. Invite a good friend to dinner and get out of here! I'm afraid that it's not cruel enough and not calm enough. In the end, it caused the wrath of God and the resentment of the people.
